Deposit - Whole Lamb

Have you ever reached into the freezer to find you are out of lamb? Don’t settle for the imported, bland colored lamb in the grocery stores. Stock up on flavorful, local lamb by purchasing a whole lamb from Haven Hills Farm!

You are purchasing a non-refundable deposit on a whole lamb. This locks in your lamb and the price per pound. When your lamb is ready, your deposit will be placed towards the final balance.

How it works:

You will be sent a reminder as the processing date approaches. At that time, call into Odenthal Meats in New Prague, MN to give them your cutting instructions. They will help you through this process if you aren’t sure how you like your lamb.

Once the processing day has arrived, you will be sent an invoice for the final amount owed to us for the lamb, minus your deposit. Pricing is $7/lb hanging weight. Budget for $300-$350 depending on lamb weight.

On the day you pick up your delicious lamb from Odenthal Meats in New Prague, you will pay them the processing fees. This will be about $150.
