DEPOSIT - 1/4 100% Grass Fed Beef

You are purchasing a deposit on a quarter of a cow (beef). Paying this deposit holds your spot in line for the next available 1/4 beef. Next 1/4s anticipated to  be available September 2024.

How does this work after the deposit? You will be notified in advance of the animal going to the butcher. Once the animal is butchered, you will be invoiced for $4.75/lb of the hanging quarter weight minus the $100 deposit. Plan on paying around $700 (including deposit)
From there you will place your custom cut order with our processor. Once your order is ready, you will pick up your meat from the processor and pay them the processing fees. For our beef animals, expect to pay around $200 processing. 

Anticipate your 1/4 beef costing you around $900 total. This will vary with hanging weight and any specialty processing you choose to have done.
