Our beef is raised naturally with a diet of grasses and forbes in the growing season and forage hay in the winter. They are rotationally grazed, getting fresh pastures daily of diverse forages and fresh water. Our premium ground beef contains all of the beef cuts, including the steaks. It is not just the trim and less desirable cuts.
